I've always felt the same. Bleu cheese (yes, that's how it's been spelled on every menu since the beginning of time you fucking zoomers) complements buffalo wings perfectly, whereas ranch almost covers up the other flavors.

Completely agree. Ranch just overpowers everything and makes it taste like just ranch. It may be petty, but I’ve always viewed ranch as the pleb dressing/dip designed for drunk college girls and inbred trailer park families.
