It's just pollack that's been flavored (I think?). I find that in small bites like sushi rolls it's got a nice meaty texture and a good fresh flavor. I don't know that I'd want to eat an entire stick of it at once though.

It's like $4.50 a pound, I chop it up and make Krab salad and it's fine. Isn't actually like lump crab meat but I'd never use that for a mayo based salad.
