2 is how I draw. I just see every element a clock has (circle, numbers, hands) and then draw them relative to the last element I drew so it looks good until I zoom out and realize the entire thing is shit. But I got everything right which is frustrating, like answering every question on a test right but the teacher doesn't like you so you fail.
