How can I get better at explaining my reasoning when writing? I have these great ideas in my mind, but when I go to write them down, the reasoning either seems so obvious to me in the moment that I don't write it down or I do write it down and it comes out super autistic.

Study syllogisms, turn your ideas into syllogisms, and then use your writing skills to embellish the syllogisms until they're enjoyable to read

Your ideas probably aren't that great.

Have you ever smoked weed and had a lot of deep insights? If you write them down and read them back sober you will notice it's either obvious or bullshit. It's kid of like saying "I can imagine all these symphonies but can't compose them". Just imagining something is meaningless if you can't translate it into reality

I'm gonna combine these, because I assume making my arguments into logical steps will help reveal whether or not they are bullshit.

Learn about necessary and sufficient conditions but never mention necessary or sufficient conditions in your writing

You don't explain. Look up show don't tell. Tell the fucking story, your ideas should be apparent from the story you tell.

Absolutely. It's fine if the argument/idea starts off kinda of hazy. It's normal for it to get better and more polished as you write it down. But all that matters is that final text.
