For those of you who say you need to grind all your characters to tackle Kefka's Tower, here's a little challenge for you. Here's a link to my save file just prior to the final battle:

Everyone is around level 20, but you have everything you ought to need to defeat the three tiers and Kefka himself. Everyone is unequipped, so you're free to set up your teams as you desire. No one has learned Ultima or Merton, however, so unless you go out and grind, you cannot resort to that kind of cheese, but you shouldn't need it, anyway. I'm curious to see how you manage to beat the game with everything provided here.

It comes with the vanilla ROM, too, in case you don't have it.

The catch is, all party members are around level 20 or so. I went ahead and fully unequipped them as well, so you can kit them up as you wish. Everything you need to win is there, you just have to know or figure out how to properly set up your team for victory.
