Dad bought NES with Mario Duckhunt RC Pro AM. I didnt really like RC or Duckhunt but i played alot of Mario. The first game i personally got was Double Dragon 2. Good shit.

Alongside a Commodore with another three or four hundred games.
I don't have a "first game" either bought, owned, or remembered. I've never not in my life had less than a plethora of shit to play at any given time. Back then it was hundreds, today it's thousands.

The first console I ever played and remember was a Sega Master System. My dad and I were home one night and he said let me show you something cool. Brought it down and plugged it in. We played Shinobi, Hang on, Safari Hunt and some trap shooting game.
First console I ever got a few years late was a Ps2. That had Smuggler's Run and ATV Offroad Fury.
