Sayu was one of the very few vtubers that I actually found funny and entertaining besides Selen and I feel bad that she had to go through all of that when Nijisanji always tried to sell itself as la famiglia "not like other corps" corp. I don't think that it's surprising for anyone on the business savvier side that management in general is shit, although compared to Hololive making questionable business decisions regarding gens this is nothing, Nijisanji's is an a whole different league that borders maliciousness and this whole ordeal has really killed the work of all their talents to try and build a reputation for the company and overcome the gap between them and Hololive by portraying a better working environment and sense of belonging among talents; Nijisanji EN will still get new gens but it has filtered a lot of people that will likely remain as indies unless upper management actually decides to do something about it (which given how concerned they are about their image they might just do).
Hopefully Sayu will feel better, get her model sorted out and get back to streaming since I've missed her streams and then getting constantly archived really fucked with me since I can't always catch her live. If anything I'm glad that even if she didn't go on 4chan me and other people here actually had her back and wished her well given the circumstances in the doc, people will often shit talk vtubers without thinking that it has any impact on them as individuals but the same thing can be said for leaving them positive messages.
